Advantages of Using a First Class Indicia
- Using a First Class, pre-printed Indicia will speed up the delivery time of a mailing.
- Requests are generally processed the same day they are received.
- It reduces the machine processing necessary at Mailing Services and the U.S.P.S.
- First Class Indicia mail receives expedited processing over stamped and/or metered mail at the U.S.P.S.
- Especially good for mailing pieces in excess of 0.25 inches in thickness.
Please note:
- When using a First Class Indicia, all items should be sealed by the department. Failure to do so will delay processing time.
- In order to use the Indicia, there must be 500 or more identical items.
