Campus Keys & Locks

AiM allows staff, faculty and students to enter and track progress of Customer Requests approved by Facilities (Work Orders). It also provides useful space data related to our on and off-campus properties.

Senior Administrative Assistant

Robert McChesney 

Manages day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Center front desk, assists with updating access cards and issues for Onity, Salto, and SecureALL locks and process/deny and assigns work orders, customer requests, invoices, and events through AiM and 25Live. 

Technical Specialist

Updates AiM Testing surveys in Qualtrics and assists with several system upgrades: Meridian, AiM test database refresh, and Fuelcloud

Operations Coordinator

Sue Wu 

Provide assistance and support for the day-to-day operational needs of University Operations. Develop and provide analytical/interactive reports, widgets, and dashboards to allow end-users to better understand workloads, backlogs and improve response time and effectively allocate available resources. Administer critical daily support for internal customers regarding the use of software applications. Provide frontline support for all electronic lock systems.

Contract and Project Data Manager

Manages and organizes information related to campus projects, vendor contracts, construction/maintenance work, budgets, timelines, and operational records. The role helps ensure projects run smoothly by tracking data, maintaining documentation, coordinating with departments and contractors, and supporting compliance and reporting needs across University Operations.

Student support is vital to the continued success of department operations. Though management of the student support team resides under the Business Services department, large project-based support is provided to all University Operations divisions: Campus Safety, Facilities, Projects & Planning, Cultural Resources, Sustainability, EHS, and Utilities.

Mission

The Business Services team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service to the campus community and University Operations. We provide customer support to the campus for a wide range of facility maintenance issues, internal billing and projects administration. We provide support to University Operations teams for technology applications and hardware, and financial planning and budgeting. 

The Business Services department works directly with the campus community to help provide quick and timely service to all requests. This department is made up of several functions including Customer Service Center and Technology.
