Santa Clara University's Copier Program aims to provide consistently efficient and cost effective digital copying equipment and business solutions throughout campus, including superior service and maintenance, as well as technical and administrative support to our customers.

If you would like to receive a copier/printer usage report, please email Ed Merryman at email@example.com with your speedtype number.
The copier/printer usage reports provide the following:
- Copier/printer number
- Page count and cost
- B/W or color
- Summary by department
Enter PIN CODE if prompted, and press OK
Select recipient (enter email or select preset from Address Book)
Output color is normally set to auto-detect, but select this option and then press COLOR to be certain
Press SEND button
