The Art and Art History building, donated by Edward M. Dowd, is located on Franklin Street between the North Parking Garage and Alumni Science.  It is equipped with state of the art classrooms, faculty offices, and studios prepared for ceramics, sculpture, printmaking, drawing and painting.  The building also has an impressive dark room as well as two computer labs.  The building is home to several pieces of artwork including a hanging glass installment by Dale Chihuly.
