The University Villas are located on five acres across from Stephen Schott Stadium and the main campus. This gated community offers parking, indoor and outdoor gathering spaces such as volleyball nets situated in grassy courtyards, numerous grilling stations and outdoor sitting for dining & relaxing. The University Villas feature 138 air-conditioned townhouse units for Santa Clara University junior and senior undergraduate students. The townhouses are all equipped with gourmet kitchens that feature granite countertops, stainless appliances, and cherry wood cabinets. All of the apartments are fully furnished and the student beds are all full-sized. Each townhouse is also equipped with an in-unit washer and dryer. The complex is comprised of one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, and four-bedroom apartments. Residents have access to the main lobby with a large multipurpose room and meeting room.
