- Fill out Key Request Form
- Name of Key Holder (individual who will maintain position of the key)
- Account Information *Required*
- Key Number (for duplication)
- Room Number (for new access)
- There is a $3 charge per key
Lock Requests
Services Provided
- Installation of key based locks on interior doors
- Change out of locks due to lost keys
- Installation of keyless locks
- Ability to provide time-based access per user
- Access provided through current SCU ACCESS card
Lock Change Request Forms
- Fillout the Lock Change Request Form for either a key or keyless lock then return to Facilities-CSC@scu.edu
