Hotel Discounts & Courtesy Room Blocks
A few notes regarding forthcoming room blocks with our partner hotels that will be promoted on this webpage starting in April 2024:
- Room blocks are for Orientation in July and August as well as Welcome Weekend in September and tend to include the opportunity to add a night or two before and/or after the advertised time span if you need to extend your stay.
- Rooms are limited for each hotel and are available on a "first come, first serve" basis.
- If you made reservations at any of our partner hotels and need to modify or cancel those reservations, please contact the hotel directly.
