Section 18.3  Responsibility

All community members are urged to be very cautious when using bicycles or coasting devices on campus, as accidental collisions may seriously injure pedestrians.  Riders on campus must stop at the scene of any accident involving them.  A person riding a bicycle or coasting device, who strikes another person or any personal property, may be liable for expenses of the victim and any damage done to the victim’s property, including that of the University.
