The University maintains a Fire Log of any reported fire that occurs in On-campus Residential Facilities at JST.
The Fire Log includes:
- The date the fire was reported
- The nature of the fire
- The date and time of the fire; and
- The general location of the fire
Campus Safety Services posts specific incidents in the Fire Log within two (2) business days of receiving the report of an incident.
This Fire Log is updated during business hours, and contains information regarding the most recent 60 days of crimes reported. Any portion of the log older than 60 days is to be made available within two business days of a request for public inspection.
All Fire Logs are kept for 7 years following the publication of the Annual Security Report to which they apply.
