Sexual and Gender Based Misconduct Policy
Santa Clara University upholds a ziro tolerance policy for sexual and gender-based misconduct and does not discriminate on the basis of sex in its educational programs. When an allegation of misconduct is brought to an appropriate administrator's attention, and respondent is found to have violated this policy, serious sanctions will be used to reasonably ensure that such actions are never repeated.

SCU Campus Alert Bulletin
Situations and incidents that pose a threat to the general campus community are quickly brought to the attention of the campus community through SCU Campus Safety Alert Bulletins. The process entails physically posting bulletins in residential hall & general bulletin boards in academic buildings.

The crime statistics provided by this site follow the regulations of campus crime and security policies according to the Jeanne Clery Act of 1990.
This report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on-campus; in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Santa Clara University; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus.
