Position Description:

  • Provide administrative and financial support and coordination for the Planning and Projects Department on capital and renewal projects and maintenance projects which improve the physical environment of the campus

Direct Responsibilities:

  • Support project invoice payments, reconcile project accounts, project closeouts and project revisions
  • Coordinate internal and external communication on project status and payments with project managers, vendors, consultants and contractors

  • Two Associate Degrees from DeAnza College in Business Administration & Secretarial Science
  • Certificates in Supervisory/Management & Interior Design
