New Construction

Student Use Building

The new student use building construction has been pushed back due to the economic situation, however, it is anticipated to begin during Fall 2009.

Remodeling

Bannan Hall

The second floor in Bannan is being remodeled and is scheduled to be completed for use by mid-August.

Cellar Market

Cellar Market will be expanded so that Bon Appetit can provide the community with more choices and make living on campus more convenient.

Loyola Hall

The first floor of Loyola Hall is going through a two phase remodeling process. The first phase is scheduled to be completed by the middle of June 2009, and the second phase is expected to be finished by mid-September 2009.

Market Square & The Bronco

Market Square and The Bronco are slated to be remodeled in order to improve the dining experience on campus.

Nobili Residence Hall Kitchen

The kitchen in Nobili is going to increase in size in order to allow more space for the residents. It will also be used as a temporary food service while Market Square and The Bronco are being remodeled.

Sanfilippo Residence Hall

The Sanfilippo Residence will be renovated during Summer 2009. The renovation includes painting the walls, installing new cabinets, and adding new door holds.
