Benson Memorial Center was built in 1963 and later remodeled and expanded in 1984. Benson is the main student oriented facility on campus. In the beginning, Benson housed sixteen billiard tables, eight bowling lanes, the Red Lounge, and a hair salon. Today, you will find the main dining area "Market Square", Mission Bakery and Café, an after-hours bar "The Bronco", the Cellar Market, a Post Office, and many student based organizations.
