Frequency Based Cleanings

Offices are cleaned on a Weekly basis by in house staff, starting at 4 a.m. and concluding at 12:30 p.m. for all campus buildings, except residence halls. The selected cleaning days for all locations on-campus are provided via colorized floor plans provided through the link below.

Submitting a Service Request

The Online Service Request system allows for the creation of new Service Requests, as well as the ability to query existing Requests. Faculty, Staff, and Students* are welcome to use this Online tool.

We highly encourage customers to submit requests Online (for assistance); however, you can alternatively choose to send an Email or telephone the Customer Service Center (408) 554-4742.
