Administration
Administration includes a diverse group of individuals providing a variety of systems and services, which allow other Facilities Teams to achieve excellence.
Operations Management provides a variety of support services, including the dispatching of Service Requests, database administration, technical support, web design, key & lock, and utility monitoring.
The Stockroom is responsible for providing stock and non-stock materials to mechanics performing routine maintenance and repair of University equipment and buildings. Specific items are available for purchase by the larger University community; moving boxes, multi-outlet strips, extension cords and batteries.
The Santa Clara University Student Assistants are vital to the success of the Facilities department, as many of our daily functions are handled by this group of highly dependable individuals.
