"My hometown is Oak Park, Michigan. I enjoy running , fishing, and hiking. I earned my BS for Civil Engineering in 1974 at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Then in 1977, I obtained my MS in Systems Management at the University of Southern California. I served in the United States Air Force for 30 years working in aircraft maintenance, missile operations, and civil engineering, then retired as a Colonel."
